If you haven’t previously logged into the Members Hub, then the following section provides a detailed description of how to access the Members Hub and the facilities it provides.
22nd February 2024 – New Members Hub
We are pleased to inform you that we have upgraded our operating system with ClubV1, which means the New Mills Golf Club “ClubV1 Members Hub” is now live. You can access the Members Hub by:
1) On your smartphone or tablet, you can download the Android or Apple iOS app from the Appstore. Search for ‘ClubV1 Members Hub’ or else click the relevant link below:

2) On your computer (or via the web browser on your smartphone or tablet), click on the following link: https://newmills.hub.clubv1.com/
To access the Members Hub, please login using your existing HowDidiDo details. If you haven’t used HowDidiDo before, you will need to register for an account. You will be sent an email to confirm the validity of your email address. Once you’ve registered on HowDidiDo you will be able to login to the Members Hub.
When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to verify that you are a registered member of New Mills Golf Club. The email address you login with must match what the club has on record for you. On 1st launch you will be asked to scan for your club, if we don’t appear, please contact the pro-shop. You will also be asked to verify the 1st line of your address.
Within the Members Hub you will be able to view:-
COURSE UPDATES
– Instead of waiting until the club opens to notify members of the course status, the new LIVE course status updates on the Hub as soon as staff are on the premises. The Hub will also show local rules in play and which holes are on temp greens etc.
HANDICAP INFORMATION
– On the Hub you can view your handicap record, print a handicap certificate and view other members handicaps. It also has a facility to view your statistics for the year.
COMPETITION RESULTS AND 2’S REPORTS
– The Members Hub will be the main hub of communication, hence the name. It will be the place to view live leaderboards, view competition results and 2’s reports. Comp results will be sent via the Hub instead of emails going forward. It will basically show all information off HowDidiDo but in one place.
CLUB NEWS
– If there are any important announcements or club news articles a notification will be sent to the Hub for you to view.
CLUB DOCUMENTS
– On the Hub you will be able to see a ‘documents’ section such as 2’s reports or team sheets or match results. It also has a unique personal documents section where you can find your club bills and invoices. Kirsty is also soon to be posting the nap, and lottery results in here too.
KNOCKOUT DRAWS
– Last year we took our Knockouts online, and now via the Hub this is possible all in one place. You will be able to post your results, see the draw and find contact information (at your consent).
TEAM MANAGEMENT
– There is a facility for team captains to organize teams, show dates and choose availability. This is a GREAT feature and Sam will be happy to discuss with any team captains how to use this going forward.
PERSONAL DATA
– The Hub has a profile with your personal data on it. If you change address, email or phone number you can edit this on the app and it will automatically update the clubs records meaning you don’t need to tell anyone within the club.
CLUB DIARY
– The Hub shows the club diary, which all relevant sections are working on to update as we speak. All Golf events, Club functions, course maintenance and important info will be shown. The diary will be live so any amendment appears on the Hub straight away. As this is new please be patient while we manually input all information.
The club will keep you up to date with club news and push notifications, so access to the Members Hub is a must.
